Accessing Bomgar Software Consoles
Bomgar Software (Now known as BeyondTrust - Secure Remote Support) is remote support software that allows IT to share a user's screen and interact with their computer to perform support. Additionally Bomgar can push software and scripts to a target machine. Bomgar is used primarily in the Nevada region; however there is small deployment in the Bally's environment. Bomgar is not utilized by IT for internal support in IL, MT, PA, IN, and NE.
This article will focus on the deployment utilized in NV.
Accessing the Consoles
To access Bomgar Administrative Site sign into: https://grosupport.goldenrouteops.com/login. Set the 'Authenticate Using' to: SAML Credentials
To access the Representative Console sign into: https://grosupport.goldenrouteops.com/console. Set the 'Authenticate Using' to: SAML Credentials
Or launch the desktop client called Representative Console (grosupport.goldenrouteops.com)
**When the app launches set the 'Authenticate Using' to: SAML Credentials
***The representative software can be downloaded from the Administrative Site. After logging in > Consoles & Downloads > Desktop Representative Console > choose the appropriate platform where the console will be installed > select the Download Representative Console button.
Bomgar uses Microsoft Entra (Azure) for Single Sign On (SSO). For more information click here.
