Forwarding All Calls to Voicemail

Purpose: This article provides instructions on how you can forward all calls to voicemail via the Desktop/web app or the mobile app.
Scope: Directions apply to RingCentral phone system.
Desktop & Web App
- Open the RingCentral Desktop or Web App
- Click on your profile picture (if there is not picture it will by your initials)
- Click Call Rules
- Click the toggle on next to Forward all calls.
- This will forward all calls to voicemail
- For other options see steps 5 - 8
- Click the '>' to see more options
- Click the Incoming calls drop down to select where to forward your calls

Send to voicemail: This is the default action. Forwards all calls voicemail

Forward the call: Forwards the call to any extension or phone number

Play announcement: Plays an announcement and then ends the call
- Click Add schedule, then use the data and time selectors to set your call forwarding schedule
- Click Save
Mobile App
- Open the RingCentral mobile app
- Tap on your profile picture (if there is not picture it will by your initials)
- Click on Call Rules
