Click the call button on the host headset and you will hear the dial tone.

Place the guest headset on the host's Plantronics base cradle. It will start flashing white on the bottom of the base. When it stops flashing white and becomes solid white, the host headset will hear a tone.

Press the call button on the host headset and then the two headsets should be linked.

Now that they are linked, they remain connected in an always-on/hot-mic condition. The guest headset can remain as a guest through multiple calls.

To stop the link, press the call button on the guest headset or place the guest headset on a different Plantronics base cradle.
