Self-Service Password Reset Instructions
To Change Your Current Password
Head to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ and login.
Example User: John Doe
1) Try logging in with jdoe@jjventures.com w/ email password.
2) If the account is not found, try john.doe@jjventures.com w/ email password.
3) If neither of these methods work for signing in, contact IT Department.
Once signed in, choose “Change Password”


When You Don’t Know Your Current Password:

After completing the CAPTCHA puzzle, click Next.

Once You’ve Completed the verification steps, Choose your new password:

Some common Issues w/ Password Complexity:
Contains First/Last Name, Not Long Enough (14 Characters)
Previously Used Passwords, Needs A Special Character ( %@$ ect.)
