Installing and Setting Up the Microsoft Authenticator App
1. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Search for Microsoft Authenticator
3. Download and Install the Microsoft Authenticator
4. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app
5. Select 'I agree' on the Your Privacy Matters prompt
6. Select Add work or school account
7. Enter your Microsoft Username (example formats: firstinitiallastname@jjventures.com or firstname.lastname@jjventures.com) | Select Next
***If you do not remember your username please reach out to IT***
8. Enter your password (same password used for email, gaming schedule, and logging into your computer) | Select Sign in
***If you do not know your password please reach out to IT***
9. Select Next on the prompt to open a web browser for setup
10. Select Next on the 'More information required' page
11. Select Next on the 'Start by getting the app' prompt
12. Select Pair your account to the app by click this link
!!Be sure not to click Next!!
13. Select Open on the 'Open in Authenticator' prompt
14. Select 'Add Account'
15. Select J&J VENTURES, INC
16. Set up is now complete! You can close out of the authenticator.
